Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the AI Skincare Analysis mini application (“Mini”) within the Shopify Shop app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Mini.

Description of the Service

AI Skincare Analysis provides an image-based experience that generates general skincare-related insights using artificial intelligence. The Mini operates within the Shopify Shop app and relies on third-party services for image handling and AI processing.

All analysis and responses are generated automatically by artificial intelligence systems.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Mini. By using the Mini, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Mini only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Upload images of other individuals without their consent
  • Upload content that is unlawful, abusive, harmful, or inappropriate
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Mini’s operation, security, or underlying systems
  • Use the Mini in a manner that violates applicable laws or third-party rights

User Content

  • You retain ownership of any images you submit through the Mini.
  • We do not claim ownership of user-submitted images.
  • Images are processed solely to provide the AI skincare analysis experience and are handled by third-party services within the Shopify ecosystem.

AI-Generated Output Disclaimer

The Mini uses artificial intelligence to generate skincare-related insights based on uploaded images.

  • All outputs are generated automatically by artificial intelligence without human review or verification.
  • Results may vary depending on image quality, lighting, and other factors.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated output.

Medical and Professional Disclaimer

AI Skincare Analysis does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • The Mini is not a substitute for professional medical or dermatological advice.
  • The information provided is for informational and general skincare purposes only.
  • You should not rely on the Mini to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or skin condition.
  • Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare or dermatology professional regarding any medical concerns.

Third-Party Services

The Mini operates within and depends on third-party platforms, including:

  • Shopify (Shop app and content delivery)
  • Gemini (AI processing services)

Your use of the Mini is also subject to the applicable terms and policies of these third parties. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or practices of third-party services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE MINI IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • THE MINI WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE
  • THE OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE
  • THE MINI WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS OR REQUIREMENTS

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COALITION TECHNOLOGIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE MINI, INCLUDING RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED OUTPUT OR THE AVAILABILITY OF THIRD-PARTY SERVICES.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Mini at any time, with or without notice, if we believe your use violates these Terms or is harmful to the Mini, other users, or third parties.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms. Your continued use of the Mini after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
